Greetings Ladies, Before posting those very powerful Bible verses from Day #2 of the “Overflowing Joy” ladies event I’d like to share with you a radio interview I did with Nick Vujicic of Life Without Limbs Ministry. Nick has a very powerful ministry and is used to build God’s Kingdom as one of the ‘champions for the brokenhearted’ as he’s lived his entire life without arms and legs – and yet God uses him mightily for Kingdom purposes.
I was ecstatic when I heard Nick was coming to New York several years ago and I was blessed to interview him for his new book to our Christian radio listening audience in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy media markets. But I’m not posting this for me – I’m posting for you as inspiration and encouragement from a very special person.
The magic of radio is the ability to record long-form interviews (with and without my many mistakes) and later splice everything for intros, promos, commercials and the like – the sky’s the limit really – okay technically, the FCC is the limit but I’m speaking only of the creative process. So here’s an oldie-but-a-goodie from a very special person who understands brokenness – a man who literally lives life without any arms or legs. Kindly excuse me sounding ‘over the top’ – it’s real – and to me – and to many of our listeners, Nick is truly a gift to us all. I pray this spurs you into praying for and possibly supporting this ministry.
