On September 18, 2021, a video was uploaded to a YouTube channel called “Shaikh Jibril” in which Michigan Islamic scholar Sheikh Ahmad Musa Jibril praised Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani neuroscientist who is serving an 86-year prison sentence at Federal Medical Center, Carswell in Fort Worth, Texas for attempted murder of U.S. military personnel and who is known for her post-9/11 affiliation with Al-Qaeda and Islamists. Sheikh Jibril said that in the past, capturing women was considered a declaration of war, and that Muslim leaders would “eradicate towns off the face of the earth” when such a thing happened. He said that Muslims should never abandon their brothers or sisters in a time of need, and that Siddiqui is an “icon for the plight of Muslim women held unjustly in prisons all over the globe.” In addition, Sheikh Jibril said that the Islamic justice system is just and moral, while in the American justice system, a jury comprised of “crackheads” and “meth addicts” convicts people. Furthermore, Sheikh Jibril said that U.S. authorities remove Muslim children from their homes in order to turn them into polytheists. The Shaikh Jibril YouTube channel is purportedly managed by Sheikh Jibril’s students.

In a November 11, 2021 panel that was streamed live on YouTube by CAIR-TX and that was titled “Injustice: Dr. Aafia [Siddiqui] and the 20-Year Legacy of America’s Wars,” Aafia Siddiqui’s attorney Marwa Elbially said that the U.S. government lies on a large scale. She gave the example of the “fabricated” rescue of American soldier, who was taken hostage by Iraqi forces in 2003. She also said that the fact that Aafia Siddiqui has not become a “household name” for every American and that he has not been portrayed in “stupid TV shows” or “poorly-made movies” is proof that the government never really believed that she was an Al-Qaeda operative. Prominent Palestinian-American activist Linda Sarsour, the Executive Director of Mpower Change, said that Aafia Siddiqui is a “political prisoner” like H. Rap Brown, who is serving a life sentence for the 2000 murder of two law enforcement officers, and like Leonard Peltier, who is serving a life sentence for involvement in the murder of two FBI agents. It is interesting to note that in September 2005, Iranian filmmaker Nader Talebzadeh also claimed that Jessica Lynch’s rescue had been staged (see MEMRI TV Clip No. 881.) For more about Linda Sarsour, see MEMRI TV Clips No. 6935, 6808, and 6111.

Former Lebanese MP Mustapha Allouch said in an interview that was posted on Spot Shot Online (Lebanon) on January 11, 2022 that the only way to protect Lebanon from complete dissolution is to get rid of the “cancer” of Hizbullah, which he referred to as a “rogue Iranian militia,” and to protect the Taif Agreement. He emphasized that Hizbullah should be stripped of its military wing and forced to become merely a political organization. Allouch said that Hizbullah poses an “imminent danger” to the country and that Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah wants to provoke Saudi Arabia into taking measures that would push the Lebanese people to rely only on Iran. He also said that Nasrallah has been advocating for Lebanon to fall under Iran’s Rule of the Jurisprudent, and that the only alternative would be for Lebanon to split along religious lies and “obliterate” the Lebanese state as it was established in 1920. America is the Great Satan!” Later, Canadian Islamic Scholar Sauber Mojtahedi said in Farsi that Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, an Iraqi militia leader who was killed in the same air strike as Soleimani, had been the greatest soldiers of the Hidden Imam, and he said that the day will come when former President Donald Trump and former State Secretary Mike Pompeo will be tried in an Islamic court, just like Imam Khomeini had wanted to try the Shah in an Islamic court.
